Some driftwood in front of our inn.
The local fire station.
And we're off to the ferry to PEI (Prince Edward Island). . .a 136 mile ride to the ferry then a 75 minute ferry ride and finished up with a 50 mile ride into Charlottetown, PEI, to our hotel.
In line waiting to board the ferry.
Here's where we are going.
That's a big sucker for sure.
We had entertainment on the ferry. Well they weren't that good or all that entertaining. Personally I would have enjoyed peace and quite.
But we did make it to PEI and oh yeah when we left the ferry it was . . . surprise - raining. So time to suit up and ride into town. We made it to the local Harley dealer, Red Rock Harley-Davidson, about twenty minutes before they closed at 4 pm. Time enough to get a few trinkets then on to the hotel.
We're staying at a Hampton Inn and it is brand new - only opened three weeks ago. Very nice. And we made it out to dinner with no rain. Cool and wet streets but not raining . . . and it is supposed to be dry tomorrow. Yea!
